REGULATION

OF

INTERNAL REGIME

INTERNAL REGULATIONS

In accordance with Article 25 of Decree 13/2020, of May 18, the establishment has the following Internal Regime Regulation that will be mandatory for customers of the establishment.

Article 25 of Decree 13/2020 provides:

1. Hotel establishments must have an internal regulation in which mandatory rules will be established for users during their stay, without being able to contravene the provisions of Law 13/2011, of December 23, or in this Chapter.

2. The internal regulations shall always be available to users and shall be displayed, at least, in Spanish and English, in a visible and easily accessible place of the establishment. This regulation must be advertised on the establishment's own website, if it exists.

3. The operating companies of the hotel establishments may seek the assistance of the Security Forces and Bodies to evict from them those who fail to comply with the internal regulations, fail to comply with the usual rules of social coexistence or intend to access or remain in them for a purpose other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with the provisions of article 36.4 of Law 13/2011, of December 23.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS

1. Customers are required to present identification document at the time of admission to the hotel establishment.

2. Every user of the hotel establishment, before admission, will be given an admission document that must be signed by the client, and which includes the name, category and registration number of the establishment, number or identification of the accommodation unit, number of people who will occupy it, Diet, dates of entry and exit, and the price of accommodation if the client has contracted directly with the hotel establishment. The admission document, once signed, will be kept by the establishment.

3. The Hostel may ask the Customer for a credit card as a guarantee of payment, which may be charged once the establishment has been left with the amount of any expense or damage caused during your stay directly, or by the appropriation of room belongings.

4. Obligations of users of tourist services: The owners of the establishments may prevent access and permanence in them of users who fail to comply or have previously failed to comply with any of the following duties (art. 36.3 and 22 Tourism Law 13/2011):

      a. Observe the rules of coexistence and hygiene dictated for the proper use of tourist establishments.

      b. Respect the rules of internal regime of tourist establishments, provided that they are not contrary to the law.

      c. Respect the agreed date of departure from the establishment leaving the occupied unit free.

      d. Pay for the contracted services at the time of presentation of the invoice or within the agreed period, without the fact of submitting a claim implying exemption from payment.

      e. Respect the establishments, facilities and equipment of tourism companies.

5. The hotel establishment may request prior guarantee of payment, indistinctly by any of these means: credit card, transfer, etc., for the contracted services, both for the entire reservation and for the extras.

6. The hotel day begins at 16:00 noon on the first day of the contracted period and ends at 12:00 noon on the day indicated as the departure date. On dates of maximum occupancy of the establishment, the provision of the accommodation unit to the user may be delayed for a period of time not exceeding three hours. Without prior agreement, the extension in their occupation for longer than the contracted time will not be admitted. If there is an agreement, the amount of a full day must be paid.

7. The stay of two people in a double room that has been hired as a single will not be allowed. In that case, the fixed fee for double use will be paid.

8. The cleaning hours of the rooms are from 10 AM to 17 PM.

9. Please DO NOT make any other use of towels in the room than personal hygiene.

10. Smoking is prohibited in the establishment, except as permitted in Law 28/2005, on health measures against smoking, as well as in Law 42/2010, of December 30, which modifies it.

11. It is forbidden to introduce food or drinks into the hotel establishment to be consumed inside it.

12. Access by people accompanied by animals without the express authorization of the establishment is prohibited, with the exception of people accompanied by guide dogs, as established by Law 5/1998, of November 23, on the use in Andalusia of guide dogs by people with visual dysfunctions.

13. For those services of the establishment intended for both customers and the general public, access and / or permanence of people will be prevented, in the following cases:

     a) When the established capacity has been completed with the users who are inside the enclosure or establishment.

     b) When the closing hours of the establishment have been exceeded.

     c) When the minimum age established to access the premises is lacking, according to current regulations.

     d) When the person manifests violent attitudes, especially when he behaves aggressively or provokes altercations, causes situations of danger or inconvenience to other attendees.

     e) When the person does not meet minimum hygiene conditions.

      f) When the person carries weapons, and objects capable of being used as such, unless in accordance with the provisions at any time by the specific applicable regulations, they are members of the Security Forces and Corps or private bodyguards 6 integrated in private companies, and access the establishment in the exercise of their functions.

      g) When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or show symptoms of having consumed them, and those who show obvious signs or behaviors of being intoxicated. It will also be cause for expulsion when they cause malicious damage to the facilities, scandal, bustle, especially in the face of complaints from other users who disturb their tranquility and privacy.

      h) When the accommodation contract has ended and the client refuses to leave the room at 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

14. In all these cases, the hotel establishment may resort to the assistance of the Agents of the competent Police Authority.

15. However, and in the cases described above, the person is obliged to pay the expenses generated up to the time of the prohibition of access or stay in the establishment.

 RESTAURANT/BAR

1. The hours of the Bar / Cafeteria are from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Breakfast Hours are from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM .

2. The restaurant service hours are from 12 AM to 10 PM

3. It is not allowed to take food from the Restaurant unless authorized by the staff.

4. Access to the Bar/Cafeteria barefoot, with bathing changing room or with the torso uncovered, is not allowed

Some hours may vary depending on the time of year.

POOLS

• Use of the facilities by persons not staying at the establishment is prohibited.

• If you use the facilities with minors, you must supervise them.

• We provide our guests with free sun loungers; their use is free of charge; reserving them is prohibited. Balinese beds are subject to a fee; please inquire at the Fontanella Bar.

• Pool hours are from 10:00 a.m; closing times depend on the season; swimming after closing time is prohibited.

• Consuming food and drinks not served by hotel staff is prohibited on both the terrace and the pool.

• Music from personal devices is prohibited in the pool area.

• For the enjoyment of all our guests, please follow the posted rules posted in the pool area.

RESPONSIBILITY

The hotel is not responsible for valuables and cash not deposited in the hotel safe .

INFORMATION COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

• You can find out at reception about excursions, services and experiences provided by companies outside the hotel operator.

• This establishment is not responsible for the services provided by companies outside the hotel operator.

• All the facilities and services offered by the hotel comply with the security measures stipulated for this purpose, guaranteeing and favoring your safety.

 INFORMATION AND DOUBTS

For any type of doubts or questions related to the operation of the hotel you can contact our reception staff, who will assist you and, where appropriate, contact you with the person authorized to resolve your doubt or question, with the owners being the most responsible for the Hotel.

TIPS & ADVICE

• Monitor and control your luggage. Don't leave it unattended.

• Keep the door closed when you are in your room.

• Close the door of your room when you leave it, and try to open it again to make sure it is properly closed, even if your absence is only for a short period of time.

• Close your luggage when not in use and place it in your closet. If your luggage is locked, always use it.

• Never display jewelry, money, or valuables in your room.

• Immediately notify the Management of any abnormal fact that you appreciate as: people in a suspicious attitude in the corridor, knocking on the door of your room from people unknown to you, or not finding anyone at the door when you come to open it.

• Protect your room key. Do not simply leave it at the reception desk, always return it in hand when you leave the hotel establishment. Never show your room key in public places.

• If you forget or misplace your key, only the reception staff is authorized to provide you with a new key to open your room.

• Do not be bothered if you are asked at Reception to identify yourself, as it is for your safety.

• Our safety measures require you to put out your cigarette before retiring to rest. Safety regulations prohibit the use of irons or any other electrical appliance likely to cause a fire in the rooms of the hotel establishment.

• When establishing social relationships with strangers, do not reveal the name of the hotel establishment or the number of its room.

• Never allow repair personnel to enter your room without having been required or authorized by the Management of the hotel establishment.

• Never allow people into your room, with deliveries that have not been requested.

• Never discuss specific plans for future excursions, outings, etc., in public or with strangers.

• If you want the room fixed, hang the notice: "Please fix the room", on the outside of the door of your room. If you want not to be disturbed, hang up the notice: "Please do not disturb."

• Do not hang clothes on the railing of the terrace, or inside it hanging from ropes.

• If you discover any type of deterioration or anomaly, please contact reception.

• The electrical installation of your room is 220 Volts.

• Respect the areas in which the rooms are located during night and nap hours, and in general, avoid making noise unnecessarily.

• Please use the facilities properly, respecting the furniture and gardens of the hotel establishment.

• Please respect the schedules of all hotel facilities.

• Our security measures require that you do not smoke inside the accommodation unit. Smoking is permitted on the terraces. Please put out your cigarette before retiring. For safety reasons, please unplug all small appliances after use, including the iron or any other electrical appliance that could cause a fire in the hotel rooms. Do not charge your devices while sleeping.

• If you wish to have your room cleaned during housekeeping hours, please contact reception. If you wish not to be disturbed, please post a sign saying "Please do not disturb."

• Parties are prohibited in the accommodation units. Excessive noise is prohibited throughout the establishment after 11:00 PM, for the benefit of our guests' rest.

• The applicable law for these Rules and Regulations is governed by Spanish law. These Rules and Regulations are also available in English. The only legally binding text is the Spanish-Castilian version, which will prevail in the event of any dispute of interpretation or any other kind.

• We appreciate your participation in case during your stay in the hotel establishment, any casualty and evacuation drill is practiced.

• Some schedule may change depending on the time of year.

The personal data of the Clients will be processed for the purposes of Reservation, provision and collection of hotel services and in the case of having their express consent, sending information about offers and services of the hotel. Being able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion (oblivion), portability of the data, limitation and opposition to its treatment, by simply requesting it by any means to the hotel establishment in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and Organic Law (ES) 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)
